NDE's core values are its vision and reputation for getting things done.

 NDE achieves it's objectives by:-

• Developing new ideas and approaches which will help make Nottingham a better place to live and work 
• Undertaking feasibility studies, master plans and business plans to assess the viability of projects
• Recruiting partners and securing investment from both the public and private sectors
• Managing projects through to their completion

  NDE differs from other organisations in that it is not a Government funded agency. It is a Charity led by local businesses and financed through local sponsorship and project management fees.
